Lap, I have 5 or 6 scars and they didn't use ANY of the same ones from my gallbladder so now I have 9 or 10 total scars, but they get lighter and lighter, can't hardly see most of them.
Only 3 staples, rest was the glue.

Open. Due to having had lots of previous bowel surgery and a complete mess when I had a lapband. ( 4 surgeries and perforated bowel, and lost my spleen )
Even having open surgery with my VSG was a mess and I had to go back for more surgery.
