I mentioned on an earlier thread that my mind can't figure out what to do with the syrups I have in my cupboard. LOL I can be so creative sometimes but not now. How do you use your SF Syrups?

I use our SF syrups to change up the taste of our morning coffees for my DH and I. Thats about it for me. I'm not too creative in the kitchen......LOL.

I put some 1% milk in my miniblender, add a scoop of protein powder, add some SF chocolate syrup, and voila, a chocolate shake. Watch it, these are very filling! Fred

If it feels good, do it!  And if it smells good, eat it!

I was just on Bariatriceating.com and they had tons of recipes for the SF syrup.  Go to Food and then syrups and they have several ideas for delicious sounding shakes!!!

Hey Heidi! I use them right now to make different flavors of shakes.   Examples: Almond Roca to Chocolate protein and Micellar Milk (at least until I run out of Mice Milk). Coconut to Chocolate protein for a Mounds bar... Coconut and Almond to Chocolate for Almond Joy... Peach to Orange Cream protein for Fuzzy Navel... Carmel to Chocolate..... I'm waiting for my Toasted Marshmallow to arrive so I can mix it with True Lemon and have Lemon Merigue.... Any flavors to Vanilla protein... Blueberry, raspberry, peach... I have about 12 flavor now and I just ordered 5 more...pumpkin, praline, cinnamon, Dulce de leche, peanut butter.... Make whatever you want for that day.  And then you can always add it to coffee....  Blow Kiss
