Yep. Just add the flavor you want per the instructions on the bottle.  You can always add more or less per your tastes. I'll have to try Chocolate with Cinnamon when mine comes in.  Don't forget the Chocolate with Peanut butter flavor or PB2 for a peanut butter cup.

Hi Margo, Where do you get your SF syrups from?  I've not used them before, but peanut butter cup???  I'm ready to bust out and try something  new.  I didn't even know they had such a thing (husband does the grocery shopping).   Thanks,

I picked up a bare bones miniblender at walmart for under 20 dollars.  It has a single clear plastic container with markings for ounces, etc.   There are two lids, one for the mixing, and one to sip your drink through. Gets the job done for me, but I have to admit I only use it to mix up my protein shakes, and cannot put the container in the dishwasher (per instructions). Good luck with your selection, Fred

bullet here too...  Got mine out this morning and actually had a protein shake for breakfast.  It's so easy and convenient...  easy to clean too.  I usually just rinse it off right after I use it and stick it in the drain board.  Doesn't take up much room in my cabinet either.

LOVE my Cuisinart immersion blender. Lightweight and easy to clean. BF has the one with the whisk and mini-food processor attachments. Like his even better than mine. Wonder if he'd notice if I "borrowed" it? LOL Linda

The bullet is awesome...called the magic bullet. I found a brand new one on ebay for less then what they charge on the site. I found mine for $50...all new in the box....check out ebay? Also I think Walgreens carries it too. There are also these hand held mixers but I don't like those as much...too messy...the bullet is so cool...you will love it...and you can do so many things with it other then just for shakes....make your own salsa for one which I plan to do this summer when our tomatos are ripe....lots of recipes too in the book.

WooHootiHoo! I have made it to 109!!!! A total of 190lbs lost!

I too use the Magic Bullet.... but not all protein shakes do well being whipped up... for the ones best blended by hand I have a small whisk that works wonders.   I use the whisk when I'm blending protein with ho****er or coffee.  Dry protein powder in the cup and add a small amount of liquid and then whisk it.... when its smooth, I add the rest of the coffee or ho****er, it helps to avoid the clumps you get with some brands.

I have a regular blender that I use when I am blending something that is frozen like ice or frozen fruit, an immersion blender (not good if you're using anything frozen), and a Tupperware Shaker cup.  I try not to do much to create foam, because if its too foamy or has too many bubbles, it makes my stomach feel awful.  I usually end up trying to spoon away the foamy stuff before putting my shake into a cup to drink.
