Sunday Coffee and a WONDERFUL SMILE!!!

Early Riser, I know but after years of getting up it seems natural.  I got a good cup of coffee and wanted to get to you folks early on the board because of the positive news and wonderful posts you guys get out to others.  I have at least two other men looking into this and maybe four thanks to the seeing is believing living images.  I always tired to be positive and it gets harder and more difficult when you deal with today's less informed and less open minded people.  As my friend GA Girl warned me that other forums are full of negative and hostile folks, I guess they did not get loved in life or something.. even a couch visit will not help.  Anyway,  I remembered back a while to a family I was able to help and the family was in stormy seas,  the ship crashed and mom presented with a coffee cup ( Your Thoughtfulness).  To this day it was worth more than any medals or promotions I ever received.  I helped victims from car wrecks to disasters and it feels the best when them smile.  That's why I like you guys cause we are making a change and getting this Obesity kicked in the pants one step at a time.  I look back and think how many young folks are sad because of their appearance and what butterflies are within.  Lets save a life and help others become beautiful people on the outside (Fantasy, Maybe) together.  Here's hoping for a lot of smiling butterflies..

Happy Sunday to ya Rhino!  It's gonna be a beautiful day here in Texas, Lo 57, Hi 88.  The family will all head out to Washington on the Brazos state park for a picnic later and BBQ on the back patio for dinner.  Have a blessed day all!

It's 8:50 am and a nice beautiful sunshiney day here on Kauai. I'm working on my first cup of coffee. My daughter has had a fever pop up 3 times siince last night so we are staying home today. Now my chores will get done.........
