Thirsty Thursday News " Your Awesome" & Coffee
I'm a looker, that has joined in the JOYS/Concerns daily and asked a few questions here and there and 8 days post op. I always enjoy your posts, very motivational and sometimes so funny I could pee my pants...LOL. Have a fab day, I have been walking since an hour after surgery but today I will dust off the treadmill and begin "formal" exercise. Up until now I've been walking the puppy. I am a nurse and have to return to work the 13th, on my feet all day and need to get my body ready for the "on the go" job. So again....I enjoy your posts and will be thinking of you while I listen to my ipod skipping on the treadmill.
Peace~ Sandy

What a great Nurse, I have a special love for nurses, your the motovator and the apparent tough love and hard worker. we all enjoy those treadmill blues. We both have great days as long as we believe. The puppy may run from you like my golden does, he sorta knows I going to walk him fast and he does not care for it. We need you to keep posting and stay in our group of positive energy. Thank You for your words and yes we want to hear your progress. Here's a thought:
