Good Morning,  Well we made it to another Thursday, from reading a few posts it all seems like smiles.  It's great that we all experience the same things in some form or another and are willing to give advice to others.  I still amazed by how little folks on other forums treat their fellow writers and how biased they can be.  Anyway,  You guys are awesome and I often encourage folks to join your forum to learn more.  Some look and read but don't enter the mix and that's to bad cause we are all in this together.  Yes, the coffee is hot and great,  rather be sharing it with friend, in another location but that's OK.  The news is that we are still losing weight even slowly.  Hopefully the gas shortages are over and we can get back to our racing around the town without traffic jams.  The jeans and pants are loose so that's great and the job market going good in construction, Nuclear Power.  As you walk, run, workout keep in mind as the Ipod works what a wonderful life you have and make someone smile, save a life today.  We all enjoy the motivation and victories we have and share together.  Moms are doing double duty and few get credit so my hats off to you ladies and single moms.  The journey you choose will be a great one and the children will reflect your strong smiles.  We appreciate your sacrifices and yes you deserve to look great.  Enjoying every posts and every poster who comes to the board with us. Have a wonderful day and sunrise.  Get moving and sweat!

Good morning Sunshine aka Rhino
I'm a looker, that has joined in the JOYS/Concerns daily and asked a few questions here and there and 8 days post op.  I always enjoy your posts, very motivational and sometimes so funny I could pee my pants...LOL.  Have a fab day, I have been walking since an hour after surgery but today I will dust off the treadmill and begin "formal" exercise.  Up until now I've been walking the puppy.  I am a nurse and have to return to work the 13th, on my feet all day and need to get my body ready for the "on the go" job.  So again....I enjoy your posts and will be thinking of you while I listen to my ipod skipping on the treadmill.
Peace~ Sandy

What a great Nurse, I have a special love for nurses,  your the motovator and the apparent tough love and hard worker.  we all enjoy those treadmill blues.  We both have great days as long as we believe.  The puppy may run from you like my golden does, he sorta knows I going to walk him fast and he does not care for it.   We need you to keep posting and stay in our group of positive energy.  Thank You for your words and yes we want to hear your progress.  Here's a thought:

Are you in Nuclear construction?  My dad was in that as a pipe fitter, he later became an outage coordinator at nuclear plants(after LOTS of training).  I have lived as close as 1/2 mile from the gates of GSU in St Francisville, LA.

Thanks for the uplifting post you make regularly
