TGIF " SMILING AND LOVING LIFE, WEEKEND, and YOU"

Good Morning Rhino's and my wonderful VSG's.  It's here Friday and we are ready for another beautiful day.  I know your tired of hearing about yourselves but your cool.  I loved Lulu's story and posts along with the rest of your exciting news.  WOW,  The treadmill and walking is making life so much fun.  Get off your butt and go sweat and smile it's perfect time to start thinking about tighter clothes and shopping.  Anyway, I wanted to say as my Coffee is tasting great,  wake up and keep answering those post about VSG.  My Coffee buddy is already up I'm sure as a Mom who has her day full of love.  Can't forget the nice things and WOW posts that keep coming in.  It makes you and me want to work even harder to get to their excitement level.  You know when you look "Hot" and your clothes are falling off plus  your heart. is ...ready to explode cause you have arrived.  Their are Angels among us and it just pure positive energy for the rest of us.  As you begin to smile; cause this represents you and that hard work your doing walking, running, and the gym work reflect back to the fear you had about the journey.  Whats was once impossible has and is reality today.  Your beautiful folks and that's both inside and out so save a life today; Smile and the glow around you will be the proof you have arrived.  Your Awesome.

Unfortunately, I don't do the "coffee thing" but I've popped a B12 sublingual in and taken a chewable multi vitamin so I'm good to go!  I'm off to work now- have a FABULOUS day fellow VSG peeps!

BTW You need some updated pics.  I see on your ticker you have lost 50 lbs, flaunt it! 

Well, I'm off to climb a volcano and scuttle through some lava caves today...wish me luck, I'll be with a bus full of talented and gifted kids (that means they are probably smarter then me)!
