muscle milk? how does it taste?
Hi,
I bought 2 cases from Costco for my father-in-law because he could not swallow food. My husband, one of my sons and myself found it undrinkable. However, my other son thought it was not too bad. So I guess it is a matter of preference. The good thing is that I took both cases back to Costco even though a can was missing and they gave me a full refund, no questions asked. So you really have nothing to lose by trying it.

GNC sells it and I've seen it in some health food stores. You should be able to get a single serving to try at GNC. I tried the Cookies and Cream and liked it, but it was a little gloppy at the bottom of the container, which totally skeeved me. Maybe I didn't shake it enough? See if you can try an individual serving somewhere before you invest in a whole case. I would advise that with any of the shakes. Individual tastes are so different.
GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe and many gas stations now carry individual bottles of Muscle Milk and Muscle Milk Light to try. If I am in a pinch, I'll buy a bottle of the Light Chocolate. It's a little high in carbs for me to drink every day, but the taste isn't bad. I like it better than the EAS Carb Advantage shakes.
