Breasts
I have been blessed with large breasts, (had to wear 2 sports bras while on active duty to do physical readiness), as the weight has gotten on, they have gotten much larger of course. I really want to know, does cup size go down? I hope so, the bras I have to wear are EXPENSIVE...
So ladies, if you have any input on this....PLEASE PLEASE let me know

Thanks!!!
Regards,
Sabrina
I now look like a young boy when undressed! Ok, maybe not quite that drastic! Mine would sag, if I had enough left for them to do such...hopefully someone with more breasts left can let you know what to expect!

Oh and I should note, I am not quite half way on my overall weight loss, so hopefully with more weight loss, I will see a smaller cup size.

I've got empty tube socks hanging of my chest. Thank the gods for good bra's... I stuff as much skin in there as I can to make what looks like a boob. Got enough skin to make a D cup... Funny because I was a in a B before surgery...
I swear if I had never been fat, I never would have had boobs in the first place.
I so can't wait to get some real fake ones!!!!
LMAO!

I didn't have boobs to start - and they certainly haven't grown since I've lost weight. My boobs are exactly the same as they were 80 pounds ago (unfortunately, that's bra size and cup size). But, now that my stomach has gone down a lot, my boobs look bigger by optical illusion...
Seriously - I don't think that a general rule applies for this one. I think that lots of women sag as the weight disappears - but then lots of women don't. I think that exercise will also factor in, as well as age.
Now my butt.... talk about sagging dramatically since losing the weight....

When I was in the Navy I remember going to try on bras and I was a 34 DDD.....I am now, well, EE depending on where I go, or F.
Now my hinnie...I have always been, well endowed there too....Hourglass like.....
I probably will end up getting some Spanx!!!

Sabrina
It really does seem to go differently for everyone, but here's my experience. I went from a 40DD+ to a 34DD and still had about 15 pounds to lose. I thought they were going to stay big and I wasn't very happy about it. Of that last 15 pounds, at least 1/2 of it came off my chest, and it was a relief.
I'm maintaining a bit under goal for about 6 months, now, and I wear a 34C. For my body shape and size it is perfect, enough without being too much. Having a smaller chest makes exercise so much easier and my back no longer hurts. I'll admit there's some loose-ish skin, but not horribly saggy, it doesn't look too bad. I would rather have the loose skin than have huge boobs on a little body. I felt like Jessica Rabbit!
I, for one, do not miss those big 'ol things. I would imagine your cup size will decrease, but if you're like me, it will be the last thing to go.
