You can have everything you did on clear liquids and now you can begin with things like creamy soups, cottage cheese and low carb yogurt.  My NUT told me to stay away from pudding because of the carbs, I know alot of folks on here ate pudding during their full liquid stage.

Aloha- I was a pudding eater on full liquids- but I made it myself out of the box, used sugar free, and made it with protein fortified NF milk ( 1/4 cup dry NF milk powder added to each cup of liquid NF milk) so it counted toward my protein. I stopped eating it when I went on full foods, just doesn't grab me now. Blended soups, yogurt ( go for the Greek, high protein), very thin cream of wheat ( I couldn't tolerate it). Enjoy! XOLori

I basically survived on creamed soups - but I had to strain the bits out of them. The 'full liquid diet' is widely used medical terminology. If you Google it, you'll get lots of pages that contain lists of things that count as full liquids. Look at those lists and try to choose the stuff that's not tons of carb or tons of fat or tons of calories....
