Need Help?

Starting full liquids today, haven't bought any protein supplements yet, was waiting on that , but I need to go shopping now , just wondering if anyone had any idea 's on what to try first, good samples I don't want to buy a lot of things  yet until I have a tried some things ,, your help would be appreciated , and some food idea's too if u may

I drink a can of Worldwide PURE PROTEIN shake every day. It is not too bad and has 35 gms of protein, and 2 gms of carbs, 1 gm of fat.

I use the vanilla cream, warm it up and add 2 shots of espresso, this is my breakfast.

I buy it at The Vitamin Shoppe.

Worldwide protein shakes are also available at Trader Joe's- $2.25 per can - they have 22 gram and 35 gram protein stengths. Unfortunately I tired of them after about a week and gave the rest away to a friend.
I prefer the EAS Myoplex Carb Control RTD- Choc Fudge is my favorite but I also like the Strawberry Cream- 25 g protein, great cold, and can be found lots of places - RiteAid, Longs, GNC, Vitmain Shoppe, etc. I buy them in bulk online for about $7.99 for a 4pack and buy enough to get free shipping- in the stores they are about $10-12 per 4pack
I did not do well with the protein shake powders- gave it all away.
I do like the nectars and New Whey bullets but only cold and poured over crushed ice, eaten like a snow cone.

I recently bought Nectar's Medical grade Protein.  It has a very mild protein taste and mixes really well with crystal light.  I bought mine at smoothie king, but you can get it online.  1 scoop has 40 calories and 10 grams of protein and can be mixed into anything.  Also, if you have a smoothie king near you the gladiator drinks are great! 

when I went protein shopping in GNC, I was pleasantly suprised that, although they don't have any samples or smaller sizes on most things, they WILL take back for a full refund almost anything you buy, even if you open it. You just have to have your original receipt and do it within 30 days. Now, I haven't yet tested this policy out (although I do need to return some things I didn't like), but ... you can ask and see what they say.  But when I asked, they told me they stand behind their products and if I am not completely satisfied to just bring it back ... I explained that I liked the packaging just fine, only thing I was unsure about is the taste, which would require me to open the jars. The lady said thats fine, they will still take it back, open and all
