I can see they are soo high in sodium but am curious if anyone eats these?

Do you eat them as a snack or has anyone used them as a meal in a hurry?

Thanks,

Kelley

I used to buy the turkey sausage links or patties but I feel like I need to chew them down a lot and they taste gross when I've grined them down so much! :)

I was thinking about cutting them up and putting them into some mini-quiches but I haven't done that yet.

The kind I was buying also didn't have as much protein as I had hoped since I could only really eat 1 and the serving size was 3 I think.

Same thing happened with storebought turkey meatballs...they just don't pack the protein punch for the amount I can eat...but in a pinch, they work.

I was running late this morning so I had breakfast at work. (we have an onsite cafeteria) I had 1 egg over easy, and 1 sausage patty. But after looking at the calories/protein, I'm nto sure they're worth it. 200 calories for 6g of protein. I won't do it again.

I have not had the link sausage, but I have had a sausage patty.  It went down fine.  If you want to use the links, I would suggest maybe removing the casing before eating; might make it better on the tummy.
