Well today is a holiday and I'm off.  Gonna convince my girl to toss a steak and a corn on the cob on the girl for me =)

B:  Coffee w/Premiere Chocolate Protein as "creamer"

L:  Maybe that steak w/corn or Salmon w/salad

D:  see lunch cause today I'm having Salmon & Steak just not sure which order, lol

Well it's only 11 am here, so I'm just getting started but I made http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2010/06/day-in-my-pouch.html mini donuts (muffins! since I don't have a donut pan) with fresh huckleberries we picked yesterday at Mt Hood.

Also made shrimp and gouda omelettes and some apple wood smoked bacon from Trader Joes (BEST bacon ever!)

Later I'm making http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2008/05/who-needs-pasta-pasta-less-manicotti.html these little manicotti thingies. Will have leftovers forever!

So, that's what I'm eatin' today Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

I was just on her site and saved some of the recipes including the pasta-less manicotti. I am also looking forward to some of the zucchini dishes she has on there!

L:  1 wedge laughing cow cheese, 6 deli slices cooked ham, 6 grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup english cucumber, 2 T. f/f ranch dressing
S:  1/2 cup no sugar added diced peaches
D:  meatballs, green beans, bell peppers strips, s/f pudding
S:  s/f popsicle

D: probably more soup- was gonna grill but the weather is super crappy!
