Muscle Milk Light - Good Find

My dietitian recommended Muscle Milk Light and it's pretty darn yummy. I tried the chocolate today and it tasted like chocolate milk with a little tang. It was farily sweet though, so for those of you who can't handle the sweet stuff, you should probably pass on this. But if you don't have a problem with sweet, give it a try. I purchased a 4-pack for $6.47 at Wal-Mart. Here is a pic of the Nutrition Facts. I will also post a pic of the container.  It comes with a little straw too, like a juice box.  It was not refridgerated either!  So it will be super handy to have in my purse for those post-op protein emergencies.
