in southern cali they have lots of complete gummies vitamins, i was jsut checking them out in super target, problem isit lacks something I need and it has low mgs

I take these, they are delish,especially the sour ones, but they arent as "complete" as some of the others. The centrum chewables seem more complete so I will be switching.

I always figured taking something was better than nothing so these have gotten me through, although I still supplement with vitamin B12 sublingual, iron with C, calcium, and potassium pills.

Is this everything we need to be taking all in one glorious/gummy pill?! Someone fill me in. If so I need to get some of these. I don't mean to complain about something so dumb but I'd much rather just take one pill a day and one that doesn't taste so damn foul!

These are okay, but you will have to suppliment some stuff. I got some vitafusion gummys....and they are soooo yummy. But they dont have adequate vitamins for a bariatric patient. So I still take the Celebration chewable.

Yes - these do have all the vitamins we need but I figured I'd need to take 4 of them to get all the mgs needed.

I was told to watch out for the gummie vitamins. My surgeon told me that my stomach would not be able to digest the entire gummie vitamin....so heads up it may not be as good as we all think. But it is better than nothing.

I've been taking gummy vitamins for a few months - I am almost 3 months post op - and my labs came back fine last week. My Dr says our stomach can digest just like a normal stomach, so there's no need to take anything special.
