losing 8 pounds in a month is normal..... please check out others monthly weight loss.
your body is just adjusting and I am sure you are losing inches.

people use the stall word freely..... sometimes we are just adjusting

I am not complaining or anything i know losing 8 pounds is normal I was just surprised i still managed it but glad. I have never had a stall so I feel this was a stall for me all the other times it lasted 2 days then I was losing inches.. this time around nothing changed so I consider it a stall..
