So when you say "it's not been easy"
So far, it has been easy for me, and I eat healthy 85% of the time.. I eat several small meals a day mostly protein first but do allow an occasional treat (ok maybe more than occasional). Fortunately, I am unable to eat pasta and breads (it fills me up). I am one of the lucky ones, I don’t get hungry. I always enjoyed working out and have incorporated exercise back into my life. I just recently reached goal and now working on maintenance and have small weight/fitness goals to keep me on track.
