I feel you.. it is so frustrating.  I learned to be patient.  I recently stalled for almost 4 weeks and it just broke this week.  Just be patient and keep doing what you're doing.  Just a bit of advice, I upped my water intake, I think this helped.  Good luck!

Thanks for the encouragement.  I upped the water and protien.  Cant really get my calories above 800. 

I had a talk with my fat and we agree its time for it to go

Wow, super frustrating! You are taking it better than I would. Stay positive, I am sure the stall will break soon and you will be rewarded with a few pounds of loss. How long is the stall?

Not at all.

Protein shake for breakfast (Unjury w skin milk)
Activa low fat yogurt - mid morning
4 saltine crackers and 1 oz cheese - lunch
Yougurt or tea - mid afternoon
3 oz chicken baked (fish this week) - Dinner
40+ oz water

 How much protein is this?  40 ounces of water is probably n ot enough.  I know it sounds hard, but up your calories, water, and protein...  I really think you're not getting enough of any.  I know some will disagree about the calories, but at LEAST up the other two.  You can do it!!  Let me know if you want some ideas.
