187lbs this morning down from 188 yesterday.

Down from the 257lbs I started with at the very beginning of this wild ride....when I began my 6 month doctor observed weightloss for Insurance approval...

My weightloss was a little slow for the past week or two but steady like about a 1/4 lb per day. This morning it went down 1 whole poud! Perhaps the stall is breaking??? I got on and off the scale 3 times and got the same # so it is what it is! Have a great Wednesday!!! Congratulations WVL!!
