I've been going to the gym and walking on the treadmill.  And then doing weights.  I've been doing upper body one day, lower body the next.  It takes too long to do all the machines in one day!  I've been noticing a difference lately though.

I bought a video off of half.com that someone recommended to me. It's called "I want that body" by Tamilee Webb. I can't wait to try it out!

For me, it's walking, walking, walking.  I do 3 miles in my hilly neighborhood in 60-64 minutes.  I'm also walking the golf course now and last week my combined total was 27 miles.  I never, ever, take a day off (okay, I'll be honest, I've taken 2 days off - since surgery, but that's all).  Consistency seems to be working - down 115 in less than 5 mos. I also try to get to the gym after walking a couple of times per week to do upper-body resistance machine work.  Gotta keep losin' dem moobs.
I'm 65 - hell, if I can do it, anybody can, right?  Key is consistency - oh, I said that once before - it must be important, huh?  Walking my ass off to walk my ass off....
