How many Sugar grams and Fat grams per day
I think , like most things, it is primarily dependent on your individual body size. I eat a vew low sugar, low fat, and moderately low carb diet - and I track everything on Myfitnesspal.com which automatically gives me the totals for each item - cals, carbs, fats, sugars. Highly rec. it as a great (free) food and exercise journal - tells me exactly where I am.

Almost anything I eat has to be below 5 for sugars and 5/6 for fats per serving; I rarely count carbs, they just fall in-line, however, some on here are real anti-carb Nazis - me, I want a bit of potato, rice, etc. in my diet - not much, but some. And I want fresh fruit in moderation. I do, however, stay completely away from bread, most pasta, all crackers, except maybe 5 saltines w/soup. My dietitian is one who believes each of us should have a well-balanced array of foods we like - that's the reason we chose the sleeve in the first place, right?
