Struggling with Food!! Week 5 Update!!!

Watched your video. I'm 6 weeks out today. At 5 weeks I was able to begin eating basically whatever I wanted. Though I always eat my protein first. I have had ribeye, mojo pork, chicken wings, shrimp, scallops, mahi mahi, chicken nuggets, grilled chicken, crispy chicken strips to name a few items. Of course, I don't know if your plan allows for this, but mine does. I cannot eat more than 3 oz at a time. Usually, more like 2 oz of protein and 1/2 to 1 oz of veggie. If you are in the soft stage, thinly sliced deli meat is a good option. Hope this helps.
