need help w/getting weight tracker

Hi guys. I see all these cute little weight tracker things by your posts and I dont know how to get that on mine. I want one of those cute pics that shows when I'm at and what my goal weight is. How do I do it??

You go to Tools, then Wigits and Tickers and can add the tracker there.     But, I cannot get mine to post at the bottom of my posts, so I need help, too!   
I have played with this for several days to no avail - maybe someone who know will show us how!
