After surgery- how long were you down?

Paula, I've not done my final meeting with the surgeon- that is next week. These are definitely things I'll ask.

I know he told us all this the first time we met and also in the informational meeting but I've since read tons of posts on here and it's all jumbled in my head!

I know, they give you SO much info at the initial seminars that it is hard to remember it all!

Do you have anyone close by, such as a neighbor, you could call if you needed help?

Oh thank you all! This makes me feel so much better!

I didn't want to have to wait until the end of June. YAY!

I think he'll be gone like 2 weeks or so ... I'm thinking he'll see a change for sure :)

thanks again~!

I had surgery on 4/7 and went back to work at a desk job today.  I am 49 so I don't bounce back as well as I did when I was 20.  I was easily tired the first week.  I still watch the lifting but otherwise am doing everything else.

I was out of the hospital the day after, and I was driving myself to the store on day 3. I went back to work a week after my surgery day, and really I'm doing just fine.
