Stall???

Okay ladies!! The last few weeks I havent seen alot of movement with the numbers on the scales but inches appear to be coming off because im monitoring that with clothes. Im just a little over 7 months out with surgery so is this normal?

That happened to me between four and five months. It started moving again - finally!! As long as you're following your plan I wouldn't worry too much!
