You have done an amazing job Dawn!  This post was facinating to read!  What a terrific surgeon's assistant  you have.  I don't know of many clinics that would have sat down and crunched the numbers with you.  You are blessed! 

I'm so proud of you!!!!!

You must feel so much better these days.  Getting off of the meds is a reason to dance and sing, and the weight loss, and the size 16???? GRAVY!!!!

That is awesome Dawnie, I am so proud of you, I remember when you went in to have have your surgery, That was a fast year girl.  Congrats... You look beautiful :)

aww..thank you so much..and you look beautiful as well.  I cannot believe how much we've both changed over this last year..and you since August. Time is flying by.

You are doing a fantastic job!  My doc's stats for the VSG is 70% at a year out so you are right on target!

Congratulations what a great achievement.

I too started stalling at 12 months, increased my protein to 150g per day which took me to about 1100-1200 cals per day and the weight started dropping off again.
