april 2011 sleevers...
I was sleeved on 4-6-2011 ~ doing great.
I go for my 4 week post-op checkup Thursday. Hopefully I will be off mushies and on to real food!
My hubby and I walk 2 to 2.5 miles 6 days a week, and have started riding our bicycles 2 miles in the evening.
I get 70-80 grams of protein in every day (sometimes a little more) and at least 65 oz. water. Usually 80 oz. water... So, as far as that goes, I do ok.
I am SO tired of the protein drinks, though. Need to not rely on those to get in all my protein. Maybe that will be easier when I get off mushies...
