Did everyone get a drain ?

I had a drain and went home with it. The dr removed it at the office in the 1 week post-op. It does not hurt, but it is a little bit of a pian to go out in public with a tube sticking out of your abdomen and a "ball" with fluid in it, it's not so easy to hide.. :) I was very happy when they took it off. Not from any pain, just annoying...

 No Pre op diet
No Drain
No catheter
No Pump

I had a drain...only was in the hospital 1 nite..Dr.came in 24hrs after surgery and took it out before I left. It was ok..Felt a little strange when he removed it.

i am not having a drain either.  I am scheduled for 5/17/11
