Cheating on the liquid diet phase!!??
I am on day one of my 2 week liquid diet and so far i am doing ok. I had a little craziness earlier in the day finishing up work, but when i cam home, i had like 3 cups of chicken broth soup..really made me feel satisfied..i just drank another protein shake and am now chewing really good gum... My surgeon told me that the 2 week liquid diet is mandatory because they need to shrink your liver for the laproscopic surgery. if the liver is too big, then they will have to have open surgery...i am so scared of being cut vertically straight down that i am going to try really hard not to cheat...and if i cant make it, i plan on eating an egg...I was cut vertically for a C section before..very painful..not fun at all..I dont understand why some surgeons dont make it mandatory...wish i was one of the lucky ones..lol
