Frisco-Crab Cake Lunch
This is a Mini Crab Cake from Whole Foods.......$2.99 already made.....just brown and serve.
English Cucumber with a little Thousand Island.......and a couple baby shrimp!
The Crab Cake was good...... but I think it was a little carby..... seemed like a lot of filler.

Well..... I have a prop room and some various plates and such among other things from past jobs....I also buy them as I see them if they are interesting.....try to buy in 2's.....nice to not eat off the same looking plate all the time.....but don't be fooled.... I eat off of paper plates most of the time !
