 Dawn, you look AMAZING!  I'm so glad you managed to break through your stall.  I just broke through my stall (I'd lose a pound or two only to gain it back a week later BUT I was losing inches) and although they can be frustrating, like you said, they're all a part of the process.

Dawnie I am so  happy for you, you look soooo good!!!!!  I loved those poses of what were nsv's for me....the crossing of the legs, being able to sit Indian style...hell being able to get on the floor at all was a feat in itself for me hahaha. Very smart to put pics of those poses...props to you! 

You are more of an inspiration than you know, thanks so much for sharing with us :)  I will pray for those 14 lbs to melt away quickly, I am excited for you to reach that onederland, I can hardly wait to hear the good news when it happens :) YOU GO GIRL!!!! lol

You are such an inspiration.  My question is this...what exactly are the guidelines I should be following.  I am self pay and my surgeon did not give me any directions past week 4 :(
