Letter to myself - Pre-Ops - Idea for the night before surgery

I hear ya!  I was very, very calm the few days before surgery, and even all the way up to the procedure. If I hadn't been, I'm not sure I would have been able to write those documents!

Now that's why I like you CC, you have some of the best, logical and valuable ideas out there :).  Sure wish I had seen this post a few months prior to my surgery *sigh* 

Aww, thanks Missy! You know, it's not too late to journal about how far you've come, and your thoughts at 4 months out or so. I had wanted to do a blog but never got around to it. I regret that. I guess better late then never, right?

I am definitely drawn to the more practical advice here - and will often repost it when I can! I only wish I could give proper due to those who posted it before. I'm a big believer in paying things forward.
