Anyone in the NYC/Westchester County Area?

If so-- what kind of support groups do you all attend?

I like the one at my surgeon's office in Westchester, but it's only offered twice per month (which I'm not always free for), and they charge $10 per meeting, which seems nuts to me.

Has anyone started up a local WLS walking group? If so, I'd love to join you! Tell me about it! :)

We meet every other week @ White Plains HS
Our group is free to anyone.

Thank you for the information, Father-- are you local to that group as well? I checked out their facebook and regular websites but could only find a 2010 meeting schedule. Do you have a phone number and any other information by any chance?
