Seriously-- I'm so intent on sip sip sipping out of my one liter bottle while simultaneously reading all of the interesting posts on here that I've just poured water all over the front of myself three times in the last thirty minutes!

Moist t-shirt aside, I just want to send out a hooray for hydration as well as for a great support group!
