Protein???
Have you talked to your surgeon or your NUT about their recommendations for you? Mine gave me a sheet that listed a minimum of 60 grams every day. That's for my age, gender, etc. I bet yours has something similar to recommend what your needs are going to be.

Are you working a hospital in the US? I had to attend classes before my VsG that clearly outlined all this. Protein is 65-70 grams per day and carbs should not be more than 30 per day. You should have also been advised to begin vitamins several months ago to help you from having severe hair loss. You should check with your VSG surgical team. Good. Luck.
