Curtailing loss to save the Tatas?????

I went to see a plastic surgeon this week. The information I was given on implants made me really ******g uneasy. I am more focused on my tummy but new boobs were in the back of my mind. Looking at all of the possible complications and costs associated with them just blows my ******g mind. The fact that up 50 percent of women with implants miss cancer as it is harder to find with implants (according to the implant companies disclosures) scared the **** out of me. Not mention I have yet to see a single person with implants that I like the way they look. I don't like how saline implants look hard, fake and high. The huge separate cleavage just kind of rubs me the wrong way, or better yet make me not want to rub them at all!!! The silicone seems to look better and feel softer but they have more long term costs and leaks go unseen with out out of pocket bi-yearly MRIs. (2k) FML. The fact that silcone had been found in the liver and lympnodes of those who had leaks scared the **** out of me. I know tons of people get implants and love them. I just tend to be a planner and want to take every possible situation into account and how I would be able to deal with it in reality. I just know I could not afford the costs of replacing them and they ARE NOT lifetime devices so I am considering curtailing my loss at 150 to save the fat tissue that is left there. I know I could do a lift but that will cause them to be even smaller so I may just have to opt for really good ******g bras and no new lovers! LOL Has anyone taken this into consideration or just kind let the "tits fall where they may"? I am hoping the tummy tuck and lipo make me happy with my overall shape as I tend to put all my weight in the middle and have smaller legs and arms (not a good look friends) so I can try to maintain at a bit higher weight to make the girls look half way decent naturally.
PS…. I looked into fat transfer augmentation… FML 30k… Ill keep my sad lil boobies….
Any imput from those who are just as concerned with their lady lumps would help
