5 Month Anniversary!
Howdy OH Friends!
I hit the 5 month mark over the weekend - yeah - happy to say as of (today included) a total of 88 pounds gone! :o))
It appears to be coming off rather easy over the past 3 weeks, the only thing I have changed was adding Zumba to my work out routine and upped my the weight machines 5 pounds, what ever it is - it's working. However, I know for a fact, a dreaded stall is just waiting for me around a dark.... dark corner somewhere - lol!

LOL, Jaime. We are sleeve sisters and I too am waiting for a dreaded stall lurking in an alley, waiting to frustrate me. So far so good..congrats on your success!!
