BLT Lettuce Wraps share
OMG I made one of these and it was sooo good!!
I found a recipe and tweaked it a little bit I made my husband a regular BLT but since I can not have the bread I made a wrap... I was able to eat one whole (I am 6 onths out) My husband said it tasted like those chx wraps you get at Mcdonalds just without the chx..
Ingredients:
Carefully remove 2 large outer leaves of a head of lettuce...Shred the 3rd leaf and set aside
Dice tomato and set aside in a bowl same with the onions.
Combine diced tomato with mayonnaise,Dijon Mustard & Honey
Place lettuce cups on a plate, top with shredded lettuce.
Add tomato mixture and bacon & onions, wrap it up and Enjoy :)

- 4 slices lean bacon (I used turkey) cooked and chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 medium onion sliced or diced
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of Honey
- 3 large iceberg lettuce leaves
