Low Calorie Diet - Longevity Link
What do you guys think about this? I've always been fascinated by research that shows that calorie restricted diets in laboratory animals extends lifespan. For some reason, I just realized that post-op eating is very much in the guidelines that these scientists have promoted for humans. Made me wonder if this aspect would also be life extending - besides resolving the comorbidities!
