I am so excited for you!! I too am a 55 year old young lady. I have not been approved by my insurance yet but will patiently wait until they decide what to do. All my appointments are finished but there seems to be a difference in opinion in what they want for the diet before hand. Some say it's up to the discretion of the nut or maybe it's the 6 month thing. I'll just wait and see and jump through whatever hoops I need to. But anyway so thrilled for you. Are you excercising alot? Just wondering because of the arthritis? And your preop way to go!!!!!! That had to thrill you. Keep up the good work and can't wait to join you!
Look at that bar of yours!!! Over the half way mark it seems!!! Change the snail to a stallion girl!
Me? Preop was 260 start on April 1....Surgery April 9-- 250...went to 238 by May 1 then up a pound..down two..up...down...till last Friday when I was 234.6 (sigh) ..now down to 230.4!! yippee..almost in the 20's....started walking on the weekend.
So if the end result is down at the end of the month...don't care how long it takes...!!! I have a trend...seem to hold water then release release...that's okay. As long as I know what my body is doing!! Even a pound a week average is FINE with me if I am enjoying my intake! two..and I'm flying!!
