I go maybe 3-4 times a day.
Prior to surgery if I saw a bathroom, I had to go lol. It's been a blessing not having to go all the time

I am just hypothesizing here but this is my idea:  As we deflate our fat cells it takes more water to collect all of that goo and flush our system, so much of the water we drink is busy cleaning up and doesn't go through us as fast.  If someone has the actual medical reason please pass it on.

I pee all day long!   LOL  I drink, therefore I pee.  Maybe age also plays a role, also how many kids you've had.

If I drink at least 64 oz, I pee all the time. It's so annoying!

I go a lot, probably 10 times a day.  I drink a lot and I exercise a lot, as well.  If your urine has much color to it, you're not drinking enough.  Water is necessary for your body to metabolize fat.  The fat metabolism process creates waste, and it has to be taken from the cells. If you get too much waste built up, the body won't burn more fat because it won't poison itself - generally, diabetic ketoacidosis being one of the exceptions.  .

maybe your body is use to the water.  I am the same way when i get my fluids in.  As soon as I slack on the fluids and return to them...  I go all day long.   Just keep on drinking!  :)))))
