Good Morning, May Sleevers!
Hey all!
Alot of people posted on yesterday's May Sleevers thread about stalls, and I believe I'm in one, also. I do believe that part of it has to do with my poor decision-making that happened in the days prior to as well as the holiday weekend. But I also know that my body is likely catching up with an almost 30-pound weight loss and I know that after things settle down I'll lose more weight eventually. :)
One thing that I'm going to do better at today (and every day, God willing), is to be more conscious about my mantras... that is, to make sure I repeat a powerful phrase to myself before I grab for a piece of candy or something, to help me regain control over the food instead of letting the food control me. Today I think I'll try "I am eating to live, not living to eat."
Does anyone else have a mantra they say to keep them on goal?
