I am not there yet, but how can food make a women like you, who looks great, has worked so hard to get where you are, who is so happy, make you cry.. Don't give your emotional power over to food.. The suggestions given to you on the board are great one and ones I will use after my surgery.

Thanks for that little tid bit about food..and emotional power.  I needed to read that.  It doesn't happen that often, only when I was in the first 6 wks postop..and one other time before the other day. I will remember what you just typed...thank you so much!!  I feel wonderful..and that's why 99% of the time food doesn't hold that power over me anymore.   Thanks again!!

thank you!!  I would love to start going to meetings again..but with the gas prices..and a 55 min drive there one-way..I've been staying home.  Hoping for lower gas prices..lol
