One Year Surgiversary - with pics

I think you look beautiful!  You have amazing eyes!  I think that 81 lbs is a victory and you look like a totally different person.  The scale does not always relay what your body shows and you should be proud of yourself.

I think we lose @ about the same rate.  I only lost 72# by my one year anniversary.  I just finished a 10 week stall/plateau (that was a bummer!!) and am losing again. 

Think of it this way -- even though I've lost 103# it took me from Dec '08 to May '10 to lose the first 31#.  Post VSG is lightning speed compared to that.

Thanks Judith! It's good to know that other "slow losers" have gone on to lose more weight! ;-) I have been worried that this far out I may not lose much more.
