Another Wacky Full Liquid Phase Creation

Ok - stomach was doing flip flops - so thought time to add some probiotics via yogurt.

So I mixed ff chibani greek yogurt (plain), a couple tea spoons of SF vanilla pudding mix, some milk to thin it all out, and a little sf cool whip to to make it fluffy.  It tastes just like cheesecake!  Couldn't believe it.  And as of this afternoon, the flippy floppy feeling has settled!  Yippy!

I stirred in some sf seedless raspberry spread and it was like a red raspberry cheesecake.  ENJOY!

 Hey Lucy, question.. did yu leave the hospital on full liquid? im sad, i have another week on this clear liquids. im soooo tired of it =/

O - wow - I am sooo sorry!  Yes - I left on full liquids, so none of the 100% clear for me.  I don't think I would survive on it!

Maybe a chicken tortilla soup?  Take the broth and add the spices so at least you feel like it's more...

i don't kno HOW im surviving lol. if yu don't mind me asking: what is yur post op/meal plan "schedule"?

me - 2 wks clear liquids, 2 weeks full liquids, 2 weeks pureed, 2 week mushies then on to solids. crazy huh? lol.

im in for the ride tho!

I don't mind at all.  Mine is 2 weeks full liquids, then 2 week mushies, then transision into "real food".

Glad it's that simple - I'm no good with complicated!
