Going to Colorado to see my kids and my Grandson June 29th! I'll be 5 1/2 weeks post op! Will it be ok to go into the pool? Just to float on a raft with my Grandson? (he's 3)

Shouldnt be a problem. As long as the inscions are closed .. dont u also have a 2 or 4 week follow up w/ ur surgeon to ask him/her..

You want your incisions to be closed but by 5-6 weeks out that should be no problem. Most surgeons say wait 2 weeks before bathing or swimming. Some advise a bit longer. Check with your doc for sure...
