yay luc! let me tell you that i wish i could say i was down some pounds but they pumped me full of so much crap its disgusting. oh well. its soooooo awesome you are doing so well. yaayayyaya ill do my rain dance for you.

Oh Lucy, I'm so happy for you. You're doing great and you'll get there with the protein, it usually takes a little while to get in enough. I gained 11 lbs in the hospital which took at least a week to pee out :o) Keep up the great work, i just know you'll do fantastic :o) jeani

Thanks so much Jeani! I don't even know what I gained in the hospital - waited 5 days before I stepped on the scale - so it couldnt have been too bad!

While at the hospital - my iv line got displaced, so the saline was just going into the skin - my hand got HUGE. It dripped water out of the injection site for 4 days straight - gross!

So happy you are doing so well! I am 12.5 lbs down since surgery. Struggling to get all my fluids in and am not able to get much protein at all. However, for the most part I feel pretty good. I just can't do much for longer than 20-30 minutes before I get light headed and dizzy. Keep up the great work! We are going to be sexy, skinny in no time!

Leslie - 12.5 down is AWESOME!!!!! I am so lucky with the fluids, they just slide right down! Try and just sip sip sip so you don't get dehydrated!
