Is there a recipe forum on oh

Okay I am just waiting on approval from my insurance but really I was wondering is there a recipe forum here. I keep seeing all the post for diffrent receipes but is there a central spot that we can go to access old recepies that someone left on here? And if not why not ?

If you hit the "forum" tab up top, under weight loss related, hit more forums, it shows up.

Personally, I never really used it. I used allrecipes.com and then tweaked the ingredients to make it more sleeve friendly.

A lot of bariatric patients enjoy The world according to Eggface (just google it) blog for food ideas. I used some of them through the mushy/puree phase.

I am in the preop phase, but I LOVE Spark Recipes at http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/browse-recipes.asp.  I love that is has all the nutrition information and ratings from others who have tried them.
