June 7 surgery...want to compare loss
Just wondering if anyone out there was sleeved on June 7th as well. Looking to see how well I am doing with the weight loss comnpared to others of the same day!
I am feeling great...getting ready to go back to work next week on "soft solids" any suggestions?
Looking forward to seeing the results.
LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!

Don't compare yourself to others we all lose weight differently comparing can make sometimes make you feel like you aren't doing enough. I was doing that in the beginning and even if someone had lost two lbs less than me I would think "what am I doing wrong this isn't working". Be excited for every pound you lose :)
Going back to work I made took things like cottage cheese, mashed potatoes with talapia, applesauce and of course made sure I had my protein drinks (I take muscle milk to work and for traveling) oh yea and crystal light. I bought a package of like 8 Glad disposal dishes to use and a baby spoon (am still eating with the baby spoon).
Woo hoo
I agree with not comparing yourself to others. Everyone journey is different.
If your losing, your headed in the right direction.
Keep on trudging.
