B12...injection or oral?

I'm not liking the fact that B12 have to be taken daily orally or by injection every 4-6 weeks. My question is which method should I consider as oppose to the other?

No need for an injection unless your into pain.  Sub lingual (under the tongue) will do.  Good luck.

Like the above post said, under the tongue is a good way..

I take one every Sunday..I don't have to worry about going to my doctor every month and getting a shot.. It is so much easiert his way.

I thought the same but honestly it's totally fine... I take the sublingual Solgar nugget one per day they taste like cherry and dissolve in a minute, I don't even like candies but it does taste like a yummi candy. I did my 3-month labs and B-12 were totally fine even a bit high. I'm thinking perhaps I can take it once every two days.

I take a sublingual B-12 3 times a week and my labs were great in March.  I try to stay away from needles.

 I have chronic low B12 so I do the injections.  It's second nature to me now.  My doc gave me a prescription so every month I pick up my vial from the pharmacy and inject myself at home.  

I guess it depends on if you want to mess with it daily or monthly.  And whether or not you can handle needles/injections.
