In case you weren't aware, there's a great group for Maintenance folks on OH. You don't have to be in maintenance and you don't have to even be 6 months out, but at 6 months out I'm guessing you might be more interested in some of the discussions on the group.

All are really welcome and the group is really for those who want to talk about some of the more "advanced" topics rather than the topics commonly discussed before or shortly after surgery.  Here's the link and I hope you'll join us:

What a great idea to tell others here about the group.  I was one of the silly ones that really thought I couldn't be there until I was actually at goal and in maintanence...so not true!!  It wasn't until our meet up that I came aboard the maint group and I am glad I did.
